Who you are buying from

This site is operated by Blind Bluff, which sells murder mystery, card and party games in India. Based in Kochi, Kerala.

For any grievance about an order or this site, write to our grievance officer, Jeet Jhawar (Founder), at support@blindbluff.com with your order number. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve it within a month, and honestly as fast as we can before that.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all applicable taxes. The shipping charge, if any, is shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Where a price is shown crossed out beside the price you pay, the crossed-out figure is the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) printed on the pack, inclusive of all taxes. The price you pay is the one shown beside it, and is never more than the MRP.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm the order by email once payment is received; that confirmation is when the contract is formed.

We may decline or cancel an order — refunding you in full — if an item turns out to be out of stock, if a price or description was listed in error, or if we cannot deliver to your address.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number; that information goes to the payment processor directly.

Discount codes are single-use per order unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, and can be withdrawn at any time before an order is placed.

Age guidance

Each game carries an age rating on its product page. Those ratings reflect the content of the game and are guidance for the buyer, not a legal restriction.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account password to yourself and for anything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings. What that removes and what we are required to keep is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Reviews

Reviews you post are checked by us before they are shown, and are then published on the site under the name you supply. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, or that identifies another person without their consent. We may decline to publish, or remove, a review that breaks this.

Liability

Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
