Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship across India only. We do not currently ship internationally — if you are outside India and want a game, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange anything.

What it costs

Shipping is ₹79 per order, anywhere in India, regardless of how many games are in the order. Orders where the games come to ₹1,200 or more — before any discount code is applied — ship free.

The shipping charge is shown as its own line at checkout before you pay, and the total on the Pay button is the total you pay; there are no charges added afterwards.

How to pay

We are prepaid-only for now — there is no cash on delivery. Payment is taken securely at checkout by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets), and unopened games can be returned within 7 days under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

When it goes out

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment being confirmed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once the parcel is handed to the courier we email you the courier name and a tracking link. If you checked out with an account, the same tracking appears under My Orders any time.

Delivery times after dispatch depend on the courier and your location — typically 3–7 working days for most of India, longer for remote PIN codes.

If something goes wrong

If tracking has not moved for several days, or the parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, email us at support@blindbluff.com and we will chase the courier with you.

If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo. We will replace it or refund it.
